Do you accept returns?

How do I start a return?

Are your products covered by insurance or Medicaid?
Many of our products are covered by Ohio Medicaid and private insurance with appropriate documentation. Contact us for help with eligibility and paperwork.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
