Return Policy
At Alina Medical Supply, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Incontinence products (e.g., diapers, pads, briefs)
Opened or used personal care items
Bath safety equipment (e.g., shower chairs, commodes)
Sterile items
Custom or special-order products
Refunds & Fees
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to select items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at alinamedicalsupply2@gmail.com to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.
