Return Policy

At Alina Medical Supply, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by our customer service team.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Incontinence products (e.g., diapers, pads, briefs)

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Bath safety equipment (e.g., shower chairs, commodes)

  • Sterile items

  • Custom or special-order products

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to select items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at alinamedicalsupply2@gmail.com to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  2. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  3. Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.
