We ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, based on package size and destination.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50: $6.95 flat rate

  • Orders from $50 to $99: $4.95 flat rate

  • Orders over $100: Free shipping

  • Local delivery (Greater Cleveland area) for urgent medical supplies: $25

We may offer same-day or next-day delivery for customers in the Cleveland area. Please contact us for availability and scheduling.

Medicaid & Insurance Orders

Products covered by Ohio Medicaid or private insurance may qualify for free shipping with valid authorization. Contact our team for help with documentation.
